We often invest a significant amount of time and money on the front end of the hiring process, but are we doing the “right things” to attract and select the best caregivers? With turnover rates on the rise, appropriate resources must be allocated beyond the job offer in order to retain and develop purpose driven employees to meet the needs of our residents.
This webinar will provide senior care hiring managers with practical methods for employee selection and new hire onboarding, to include:
Martha Abercrombie is the VP of Strategy for Vikus Corporation, a software company based in Chattanooga, TN that offers a hiring solution specific to senior care providers. Vikus provides services to over 2,400 not-for-profit and for profit senior care organizations across the United States.

She has over 15 years of experience in all facets of healthcare human resources. Prior to entering the field of healthcare human resources, Martha worked for a non-profit organization providing job readiness training and coaching for adults with disabilities as well as career counseling for Families First participants.
