On October 12, 13 and 14th, Avila Institute of Gerontology, Inc. held their annual October Seminar. With over 90 attendees the conference was held
at St. Teresa's Motherhouse in Germantown, NY.
Topics included: Leadership; Public Policy; Survey and Certification Protocols; Federal Requirements for Quality Assurance; Misson Driven Decision Making; Sustainable Fundraising; Accepting Change; Problem Solving; Hiring and Managing to Your Values; and the 'New' Redesigned 990.
